Blog Assignment #2- Words

10 New Words
1.       Disport- To amuse oneself in light or lively manner; to frolic
2.       Slake- To satisfy; to quench; to extinguish; as, to slake thirst.
3.       Scapegrace- A reckless. Unprincipled person; one who is wild and reckless; a rascal; a scoundrel.
4.       Flibbertigibbet- A silly, fighty, or scatterbrained person, especially a pert young woman with such qualities.
5.       Balneal- Of or pertaining to baths or bathing.
6.       Fantod- A state of extreme nervousness or relentlessness (usually expressed in the plural.)
7.       Moil- To work hard: drudge
8.       Frack- To force water, sand, and chemical fluids into a crack or seam in a subterranean level of rock.
9.       Prognosticate- To forecast or predict (something future) from present indications or signs.
10.   Blithe- Joyous or merry in disposition.
